Bob Taylor MBE:

Just to add my congratulations to the Club for winning the 2nd Division Championship. Have spoken to Karl Krikken on the winning day, and as a former player couldn’t be more proud of the whole of the squad for their hard work over the season. Best wishes.

Richard Glenister:

My son, Tom, is a member but I [coming from Watford in Herts.] saw 2 days play by using the Derby Telegraph offer. I think Derbyshire will do well next season. By the way, my coach at school nearly 50 years ago was Alf Pope who was in the 1936 Championship winning team. I am a typical old buffer always looking back!

Sinclair Hinds:

Just to say well done and look forward for next year. Just hope we do well. And congratulations to all at the county ground. All the best Sinc

Steven Cotterill:

Congratulations to all at D.C.C.C. for an outstanding season!! Although living in the United States I was able to attend the first game of the season, a great home win against Northamptonshire, and will be back to watch some first division cricket next summer. Just as few people outside Derbyshire gave the team any chance of promotion in 2012, I am sure those same people will be doubting again in 2013. Good luck with next season and let's again show everyone the strength of this present side!!

Adrian Bagshaw:

Well done lads on a terrific championship season. You youngsters will not be old enough to understand that success has been meagre for us derbys fans, other than the odd 1 day final. I wish my dad had been here to witness your tremendous achievement (he sadly passed away last year). I can just picture him cheering you on from his living room. I am proud and privileged to say "I was there" and I know my old dad was there in spirit too. Good luck next season.

Gary Spencer:

Congratulations on a year never to forget. Thank you for so many treasured moments. After being supporter for 20 years I never thought see the scene what I saw in September and silverware what came. This is only the start and I know we can prove all the critics wrong in 2013 and battle with best.

Dr. Keith Watkin:

Sincere congratulations on a wonderful performance, the best season in decades. I have followed Derbyshire since childhood and remember watching the likes of Arnold Hamer, Donald Carr, Edwin Smith, George Dawkes, Cliff Gladwin and the immortal Les Jackson. You have done the old timers proud and now I look forward to watching you play at the Oval, Lords, Taunton and Hove(or Arundel, Horsham). I have more opportunities to watch you next season than for a long time. Thank you.

Nic Bishop:

Thank you to the entire squad for your efforts this season and achieving promotion as Champions. I have been a supporter of the club for 34 years and as you will understand, have experienced some disappointig times along the way, with one or two 'highlight' moments. For me, this the best one of those moments, because it has been achieved as a real'team'effort, the character of which was tested to the full.Congratulations to all on and off the pitch. Tremendous!!

Joel:

Congratulations lads in going up and winning the division

Andi Rogers:

A massive well done to the whole squad- everyone played their part at some stage of the season, it’s been hard being stuck here in the west country relying on my desk top scorecard but so glad i managed to get time off work during the season and especially being able to be at the ground for the last 2 days of the Hampshire game it’s not been easy over the years being a derbyshire fan but this season has wiped away the recent bad times - CHAMPIONS !!!!!! Derbyshire CCC - Bristol branch#

Steve Durston:

I would like to congratulate Derbyshire CCC. and everyone involved in the success that it has enjoyed this season. It gives Gill, my wife and myself a great deal of pleasure going to watch DCCC play cricket but also to be a part of the friendly atmosphere that we are shown. It doesn't seem to matter whether it's the man on the gate or the club chairman, everybody are extremely sociable. I wish D.C.C. good luck and continued success for next season.

Andy Hoskins:

What a terrific season! Thoroughly enjoyed following "my" team this summer. Not something I've been able to do much since my teens as I've lived in the south-east for the last 40 years. As you can imagine, I'm delighted with Derbyshire's success in my first year as a returning supporter. I've followed every game online almost ball by ball (don't tell my employer) and seen the daily highlights. Congratulations to all concerned. I wish the team every success in Division One.

Roy Jennings:

My congratulations to the team and staff, as a cousin of Wes Durston I am thrilled for him and everyone. I live in Canada but am able to follow every ball on a link called cricinfo, wishing you all a great year (2013) In div one, I do plan on being in the UK next year for a vacation, I am so look forward to watching as many games as possible and perhaps meeting some of you whilst I am there.
GOOD LUCK FROM CANADA

Stan Bailey:

Many many thanks, I am a proud Derbyshire man, proud of my County and my cricket team, winning the division two title and beating Yorkshire into second place just made my year .Good luck for next year.

Peakfan:

Well done lads! It's been a long time since Derbyshire won something, which makes your efforts this summer all the more special and noteworthy. You've done us proud. Nice one!

Ian Gange:
