Surrey’s side will likely include England internationals Steven Davies, Vikram Solanki, Gareth Batty, Jon Lewis, Chris Tremlett and Jade Dernbach for their visit to Derby.
Batty's side currently sit third in Group B after securing two victories, against Hampshire and Scotland, in their opening four fixtures - with both Davies and Solanki hitting centuries in this year's competition.
Over 450 runs were scored the last time the two teams faced-off in Derbyshire, as the London-based Club claimed a narrow victory in an entertaining encounter back at Queen's Park, Chesterfield in 2008.
Karl Krikken’s men secured their first win of the competition against Scottish Saltires on Sunday before losing a rain-affected fixture against Durham Dynamos the following day.
The Yorkshire Bank 40 fixture, sponsored by Bell & Co, will be screened live on Sky Sports with live images and replay action on the big screen at the ground.
The Club are offering a special discounted half-term ticket for families, as one adult and two juniors can attend for just £15 while the price for two adults and two juniors is £20, if tickets are purchased in advance.
Family Fun activities will be on offer throughout the evening including the launch of a groundbreaking community partnership between Derbyshire County Cricket Club and Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service with a fire engine, smoke house simulator and fire prevention team in attendance.
