Wayne Madsen- Ticket price of £5

- 2 for 1 offer meaning members, ticket holders and those paying on the day bring a guest for free

- Each ticket valid for all four days

- Accompanied kids aged under 16 go free

The price of entry has been reduced to £5 – and each ticket permits 2 for 1 entry - as Derbyshire embark on their promotion decider versus Hampshire this week.

Entry for under 16s is free throughout and each ticket, including those purchased on the gate, can be used for entry to all four days as Karl Krikken’s table-toppers aim for victory to almost certainly guarantee promotion. Members can also bring a guest to each day of the game for free.

The club has made this unprecedented move as the county of Derbyshire comes together to support the Cricket Club in their biggest match for almost a decade which takes place this Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; 10.35am start at the County Ground, Derby.

The current league standings see Derbyshire top of the table; one point clear of second placed Yorkshire and six points clear of third placed Kent.

Kent play Glamorgan in their final game starting on Tuesday; Yorkshire face Essex. Two of the current top three will secure promotion.

Tickets are available online at and by telephone on 01332 388 118 after 10am tomorrow morning (Monday), or supporters can pay on the gate.

For those unable to attend, the match will be televised on SKY Sports and BBC Radio Derby’s full match commentary will be available at 1116AM and online.
