Derbyshire Falcons have named a 15-man squad for their Yorkshire Bank 40 fixture with Essex Eagles at Highfield, Leek, on Sunday; 1.45pm start.
Tim Groenewald and Jonathan Clare both return to Karl Krikken’s one-day squad after recovering from injury and could be in line to make their returns at Leek tomorrow.
The Falcons side will include world number two Test batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul, as Wayne Madsen’s men aim to claim their second victory in this year’s competition against an in-form Essex side.
Former England intentionals Owais Shah and James Foster, New Zealand Test opener Hamish Rutherford, Ryan ten Doeschate and Graham Napier are all expected to feature for the Eagles at Derbyshire’s Staffordshire Moorlands out-ground.
Derbyshire’s squad in full is as follows: Chesney Hughes, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Wes Durston, Wayne Madsen, Paul Borrington, Billy Godleman, Jonathan Clare, Alex Hughes, Richard Johnson, Peter Burgoyne, David Wainwright, Tim Groenewald, Mark Footitt, Mark Turner and Tom Knight.

Junior Membership is priced at £10 – therefore; a parent and child can attend six matches this season for a total of just £65.
