Derbyshire Falcons v Yorkshire Vikings at Chesterfield

yorkshirematchsponsorTickets are available on the gate - but arrive early to beat congestion and make sure of your place in the ground - as Derbyshire Falcons aim for a Friends Life t20 double over Yorkshire Vikings at Queen's Park, Chesterfield this afternoon (Sunday), 2.30pm start.

The Hill Dickinson Chesterfield Festival of Cricket – in association with Chesterfield Borough Council - is commencing with a crunch Twenty20 clash. Gates - and bars - will be open bright and early from midday.

The Falcons, who emerged victorious from a tantalising run chase at Headingley just a fortnight ago, have won three and lost two of their fixtures in the competition to date. Yorkshire have won one game from six and find themselves three points behind the Falcons in the North Division table.

Derbyshire Falcons 14 man squad squad: Wes Durston, Chesney Hughes, Ben Slater, Billy Godleman, Wayne Madsen (Captain), Dan Redfern, Albie Morkel, Jonathan Clare, Tom Poynton, Peter Burgoyne, David Wainwright, Tim Groenewald, Mark Turner and Tom Knight.

Shivnarine Chanderpaul misses out with a tweaked hamstring.

Yorkshire Vikings 13 man squad: Gary Ballance, Jack Brooks, Andrew Hodd, Dan Hodgson, Phil Jaques, Adam Lyth, Liam Plunkett, Richard Pyrah, Azeem Rafiq (Captain), Adil Rashid, Joe Sayers, Ryan Sidebottom, Iain Wardlaw.

Tickets are priced at £16 adults, £5 juniors and £5 car parking.
