General Information
Scorecards and The Falcon magazine are available for purchase at entrance points. Unless specified, all seating indicated on the Ground Map is unreserved and open to all spectators. Smoking is not permitted in any areas of permanent seating.

The Gateway Centre
Club Reception, the Ticket Office and the Club Shop are on the Ground Floor. Please report to Reception for all enquiries including lost property. A range of clothing, books and other merchandise is available in the Club Shop.
For membership enquiries contact 01332 388101. Outside balcony seating area accessible via exterior stairs at the front of the building, subject to availability.
Seating availability is restricted according to corporate hospitality and conference events.

Activities Area
Visit the Activities Area during Twenty20 and one-day floodlit fixtures to enjoy additional entertainment, for example bouncy castle or trade stands.

The Lund Pavilion
Seating area in front of The Lund Pavilion - please note this seating is only available to spectators when not reserved for hospitality use.
(i) Kim Barnett Suite a ground floor Hospitality & Banqueting function room.
(ii) Jackson and Gladwin Suite 'Members Only' facility on the first
floor, exclusive use for Derbyshire CCC and visiting members. Facilities include: bar, hot & cold food, balcony seating and TV.
(iii) Bob Taylor Suite on the first floor, exclusive use for Platinum Club Members, Committee Members and VIP's. Facilities include: bar, hot & cold food, balcony seating and TV screen.
Could we remind you that our preferred dress code for hospitality visitors is smart casual, no non-tailored shorts, jeans or trainers please.
